Plans change because of weather, or because someone is unwell. My caregiver can be surprised by changes too. Changes can be hard for many people, not just me.

It is okay to feel upset when a plan changes. When a plan changes, there is usually a new plan. We call this Plan B, and Plan B is still a plan.
