I notice when things feel wrong. My feelings are real. Anger always has a reason.
Sometimes at school, a moment arrives when I feel a rush of anger. It might happen during a lesson when something feels unjust or confusing. In that moment, it is hard to wait for my turn or to raise my hand.

My teacher knows I sometimes need a moment. I raise my hand or ask to step out. My team is ready.
Now I know that anger is useful information — not a problem to hide. I have learned to wait for the right moment and to ask for what I need. Understanding my anger helps me take care of myself, and that is something I can feel good about.

Take a moment. You can take some slow, deep breaths when you feel ready.
