At school, feelings sometimes arrive without warning. Sometimes I do not know the name of the feeling. My tummy might feel tight, or my face might feel warm. I wait quietly, but I feel confused inside.

My teacher tells me that every feeling has a name. Happy feelings can make my chest feel light and warm. Worried feelings might make my stomach feel tight or fluttery. It is okay to take time finding the right word.
